The house manual guests actually open

Every host has a manual — in Word, laminated in a drawer, or scattered across pinned chats. And every host answers 'what's the Wi-Fi?' for the third time this week, because the manual lives where guests never look.

R$19 a month (about $4), unlimited listings. Founding list pays R$12, locked.

How it would work

Build once, use forever.

  1. 1

    You assemble the manual once

Ready-made sections in the order real questions arrive: Wi-Fi, how to get in, the confusing appliances, rules, trash, emergency contacts, the neighborhood — each with room for a photo, because 'the small gold key' works better with the key in frame.

  2. 2

The link rides the booking conversation

A short stable URL for your confirmation message or automated flow. Guests open it in the phone browser — no app to install, no account, no 8 MB PDF.

  3. 3

    Guests serve themselves

The Wi-Fi question dies on the first screen. The shower question dies at the photo of the valve. What's left for your chat is what genuinely needs you — which is almost nothing.

The effect the incumbents measure: most repeated questions vanish when the answer arrives before the doubt.

If your operation runs in English with an integrated PMS, Touch Stay is mature and recommendable — the honest head-to-head is in the Touch Stay comparison.

Expected launch price

Published before the product exists: if R$19 doesn't beat a free binder that isn't working, that's data we want now.

Expected launch price

R$19per month

Founder priceR$12 per month

Unlimited listings and guides. Priced in Brazilian reais — the whole point is a tool that doesn't cost a dollar subscription plus foreign-transaction fees to replace a binder.

This product does not exist yet. The number above is the price we expect to launch at, not a commitment. If the waitlist says it is wrong, it changes.

What the price covers

  • Unlimited listings, one manual each
  • Every section, photos included
  • Stable short link + printable QR code
  • Unlimited edits, live immediately

What it does not cover

  • No per-guest or per-view charges
  • No app for guests to install

The founding list pays R$12 a month, locked for as long as the subscription lasts.

Fair objections, answered

My PDF is free and works fine.
If the repeated questions aren't reaching your chat, it genuinely does — keep it. The honest test: count how many times you answered Wi-Fi, shower or gate last month. Zero? Not our customer. Three or more? The PDF is being ignored.
Airbnb already has a guidebook feature.
It does, and it's worth filling in. It just can't reach Booking.com or direct bookings, lives two taps deep in an app guests rarely reopen, and treats appliance guides as a text field. A WhatsApp link meets guests where they already are.
Why not just use Touch Stay?
If you operate in dollars and English, do — it's the category's most mature product. This exists for hosts doing math in reais: R$19 versus roughly R$50 a month after currency conversion and Brazil's IOF tax, with sections that already know what a building intercom is.
Guests don't click links.
Guests don't install apps and don't open PDFs — a light link inside the WhatsApp thread they're already in, they open. And the printed QR at the entrance catches whoever arrived without reading anything.
