A Touch Stay alternative priced in reais

Every 'alternative to X' page has an agenda, ours included: Guest Manual doesn't exist yet and wants your signup. The comparison below is written so it stays useful even if you close it and subscribe to Touch Stay.

What Touch Stay costs from Brazil

The sticker says $8.90 a month for one property. A Brazilian card pays the exchange rate on the day, the card issuer's spread, and Brazil's IOF tax on international purchases — in practice around R$50 a month, R$600 a year, before any annual price bump. For a professional operation with several listings and a PMS, that's a rounding error. For one or two listings that clear a few hundred reais a month each after platform fees and cleaning, it's a real line item.

The product itself earns the price: years of refinement, PMS integrations, scheduled messaging, multilingual guidebooks. Nothing on this page claims otherwise.

The questions that follow

Isn't there a free option?
Two, and they're legitimate: a Word/PDF you write yourself — the free template gets you there in an evening — and Airbnb's native guidebook, which costs nothing but can't reach Booking.com or direct guests. Pay for a tool only when the free versions are demonstrably being ignored.
What about Hostfully?
Hostfully's guidebook has a free tier for one listing and paid tiers from ~$9.99/month — the same dollar math applies from Brazil. It leans toward hosts who'll grow into its property-management platform; as a standalone guidebook it's Touch Stay's closest peer.
Why trust a product that doesn't exist over one that does?
Don't — that's the honest answer. If you need a guidebook this week, use the template or subscribe to Touch Stay. The waitlist is for hosts whose pain is real but not urgent: R$12 locked beats R$50 recurring, if the launch happens. If it doesn't, you've lost an email address.
Doesn't Touch Stay handle Portuguese anyway?
It does — multilingual guidebooks are one of its strengths, so language alone is a weak reason to switch. The differences that survive scrutiny are billing currency (reais versus dollars plus IOF), delivery channel (a link built to travel over WhatsApp rather than email), and defaults that assume Brazilian buildings: intercom etiquette, gas versus electric showers, the doorman as a character in your check-in flow.

If the math tilted your way

The founder price exists precisely for the hosts this page describes: R$12 a month, locked, unlimited listings.
